These are used widely for postpartum birth healing in Eroupe and with many midwives. These are handmade with
care and careful choosing of good fresh healing herbs. This recipe is passed on by local midwives but works great.

The Sitz Bath herbal pack is made of fresh
dried herbs of wild harvest . This blend helps to heal the injury of birth and soothe the skin . The ingredients
are for after birth only.
Includes :Rosemary, uva ursi , Camomile, chick weed, marshmallow root, plantain,
lavender, Calendula, arnica, comfrey , Oats , Yarrow, Myrrh, along with sea salt. This is stuffed into a
unbleached hand made pull string style med size cloth .
This is boiled in a pot and poured into
the bath to soak in. The herbal ball may be used 2 times per each roll. A pack of three will give you 6 days
of soaking.
