Grain Mills -
Save you money as you can purchase organic grain cheaper than flour and it is healthier to cook with freshly ground
up flour. The nutritional content is higher with fresh flour than it is in bought/stored flour.
Bosch Mixers - These just save you time !!! I use my mixer daily as I try to live as healthy as possible
( with 8 kids ) we make all of our own everything from scratch , we do our soaking right in the mixer early in the morning
and finish it for dinner. Without it I think I would slack more on cooking from scratch. The mixer worth all the time
savings it gives!!!!!!
These all seem like an expense but they are such time savers and for ME, a must ,
with my family , to maintain the healthy diet I am raising them on!! The expense is somewhat like the expense
of good quality cloth diapers, You buy a few dozen and the price hits you hard, butttt you reuse these for 2-3 years
and then reuse these with the next kid! It's like a high qaulity couch ... You buy one to last awhile!!
