Toothpaste 1/2 cup of baking soda 2 teaspoons of sea salt 3 teaspoons of glycerin 10 dops of pure herbs winter green or pepermint oil Warm water Mix
baking soda and salt , add glycerin and peppermint, slowly add warm water a little at a time until desired consistiency. Place
in seal tight container. Will keep indefinately in container.
Bacteria Fighting mouth Wash 3/4 cup vodka 30 drops
of lemon essential oil ( we sell Natures Sunshine) 25 drops of Bergamont essential oil 1 1/4 cup of distiled water
Place vodka and lemon , bergamont in a sterilized 16 ounce bottle ,shake well, add
the ditiled water and leave in the fridge for a week to mature. shake it from time to time. To use : mix 1 part mixture with
3 parts water, do not sallow just swish.
Honey Lip Balm
4 ounces olive
oil 3 ounces of grated or shaved bees wax 1 ounce of honey 1/2 capsule of vitamin e oil 400 IU in a top
bolier , melt bees wax and oil toghether. DO not boil. Once blended allow time to cool. crack open your E. queeze half
of into solution. stir it in. Pour into cotainers with lids. let it sit 24 hours before using.
Deodorant
2 ounces of witch
Hazel distilled 1 ounce of sage achohol based herbal extract (pure herbs) 10 drops of grape fruit extract or essential oil 10 drops of clary sage essential oil 5 drops of patchouli essential oil
In
a small spray bottle combine all ingredients. Shake well before spraying under arms.
Body Powder
1/2 cup of Arrow root 2 tablespoons of white cosometic clay 7 drops of Lavender essential oil 5 drops of clary sage essential oil 2 drops of patchoui essential oil
In a
medium bowl , mix the arrow root and the white cosometic clayr. add the essential oils and mix well with your fingers.
Store in a tight sealed container and allow powder to absorb oils for a couple of days before using. Use all over body when
ready.
